Refund Policy

1. Overview

Mumbai Web Designer provides professional services including website design, development, SEO, content creation, and social media management. Due to the nature of creative and technical services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

2. Advance Payments

All projects require an advance payment before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial planning, research, design time, and resource allocation.

3. Project Cancellation

• Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.
• Upon cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation at the agreed project rate.
• Any overpayment beyond the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
• If cancellation occurs before any work has commenced, the advance payment may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative processing costs.

4. Recurring / Retainer Services

For monthly retainer services (such as SEO plans, social media content creation, or website maintenance):

• Cancellation requires a minimum of 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, as the work for that period is committed.
• Work completed prior to cancellation will not be refunded.

5. Hosting and Domain Services

Payments made for hosting, domain registration, or third-party software licences procured on your behalf are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred directly with external providers.

6. Disputes and Defective Work

If you believe deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and, where valid, resolve it through revisions at no additional charge. Refunds for completed deliverables will only be considered where we are demonstrably unable to meet the agreed specifications after reasonable revision attempts.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
